GEOL 540 - Environmental Geology

3 hours
Study of minerals, rocks, earth history, earth movement, earth structures and the formation, structure and conservation of soils. Field methods and laboratory techniques will be emphasized. Special attention will be given to Kansas geology, geochemistry, fossil studies, petroleum geology and environmental problems related to geology.
