MSOD 525 - Organization Development and the Management of Planned Change

The current theories and applications of organization development are presented. The strategies and techniques for implementing OD intervention and the management of change are covered. This course will include designing effective organizations, including organizational structure and design, and examines the interaction of human and technical systems and the ramifications of organizational design.
