MSOD 640 - Performance Consulting

Seminar course to help students develop the skills of “performance consultants.” Processes, tools and techniques will be covered to help direct a performance consultant toward producing meaningful results. Provides an overview of key consulting models and emerging practices in consulting. Focuses on the fundamental tasks of the consulting process for both client and consultant. Examines the opportunities and challenges for internal and external consultants.
