MSL 655 - Human Resource Management

This course provides an overview of the leadership skills necessary to the selection, supervision and evaluation of certified and classified personnel at the building level. Students will examine strategies for interviewing, processes of staff selection, staff orientation, evaluation for the improvement of instruction and adult learning theory as it relates to staff development.
