BSAD 110 - Customer Service


1 credit hour
An analysis of ways to improve customer service for both internal and external customers.   Using case studies, students will identify ways to improve customer service.  Emphasis will be placed on those aspects of customer service over which the individual has control.
Course is offered in Pass/Fail grading format only.
