OPMT 540 - Logistics Systems

This course focuses on the development of strategies, for business logistics and International Supply Chain Management, related to transferring goods and services across national boundaries. The coverage includes the impact of economic globalization on supply chain strategies, the design of global logistic networks, managerial processes and systems for international production and distribution, role of ports and airports in international product movement, transportation network sustainability, and security and risk management for international logistics.
