MRKT 316 - Content Marketing


0 - 3 variable Credit Hours

Prerequisites: MRKT 210  or consent of the instructor

A comprehensive study centered on the functions of Content Marketing and the relevant role it plays in today’s media and business marketing strategies by identifying the who, what, where, why, and most importantly how the creation of good content influences consumer behavior. Students will build on their skills and instincts as consumers of content to become producers of content. They will be responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating content and content marketing strategies produced in class. This course offers a Social Media Marketing Certification in Content Management from Hubspot, a leading marketing and customer relations management (CRM) software platform.
