PHED 334 - Theory of Coaching Track and Field

Prerequisites: PHED 210

Theory of Coaching Track and Field will provide the student with a basic understanding of the fundamental aspects of the coaching profession. Topics will include: developing a coaching style and philosophy, drills, offenses, defenses, and general coaching tasks. This class will address all levels of coaching from recreational to collegiate.
