MRKT 311 - Retail Marketing 3 Credit Hours
Prerequisites: MRKT 210 or consent of the instructor
A comprehensive study of retail marketing teaches students to apply product and services marketing principles to the specifics of the modern retail environment by integrating Omni-channel strategies to meet the changes that technology ( specifically online shopping) has on consumer behavior. Concepts covered types of retail developments, Omni-channel marketing, retail-specific promotions, store layout, store design, visual merchandising, customer service, and retail site selections.
