MRKT 312 - Sales Management 3 Credit Hours
Prerequisites: MRKT 210 and BADM 220 or SPCH 100 or SPCH 270 consent of the instructor
A comprehensive understanding and analysis of the techniques involved in consumer, retail, and business selling with the goal of developing long-term relationships with customers that add value to the organization. This course will include topics such as sales preparation, key account management, sales management, using CRM tools, establishing key performance indicators, and creating performance incentives.
