Would you like to be the one who starts a transformation of your school’s culture? Join us for an interesting look at school culture and how it affects student engagement and achievement along with educator effectiveness. Through the development of growth mindset skills and leadership best practices including goal clarification, time management, decision-making, and motivational techniques, participants will impact their classrooms and schools for the better. Teacher immediacy skills will be emphasized and modeled. Teachers should make a difference in the lives of their students, colleagues, and community and this is the place to start. School culture is a shadow of the school’s leaders. Be the leader your school needs.

An instructor fee of $110 will be due (check or cash) to Davis Laughlin on the day of class.
