ITEC 5000 - Google Sites Expanded

Take your Google Site to the next level in this follow-up workshop to I’ve Got My (Google) Sites Set On You. We will focus on customizing your site headers and creating buttons. This workshop will use the image carousel to personalize your website. We will connect basic Google Forms to collect information, use it as a digital breakout, or quiz students. A great classroom website allows the creator to publish videos, lessons, handouts, lesson plans, etc. for your students to access. We will use various programs such as Bitmojis, Canva, and websites outside of the Google world to add enhancements to your site. You will leave this workshop with a visually appealing website to connect to the community, staff, parents, and students.

This course is an online course and will use Moodle. Additional computer requirements may be found at: www.friends.edu/technology/. Enrollment closes prior to the start date to allow time to establish Moodle accounts.
