BADM 320 - Principles of Business Law

3 Credit Hours

A nontechnical study of the principles and rules of business law, which can be applied in everyday business transactions. This course acquaints the prospective business professional with practical legal knowledge. Includes an overview of the court system, contracts, agency, torts, business organizations, employment law, and other legal issues that the business professional might face.
