FINC 440 - Advanced Financial Management

Prerequisites: ECON 340 or FINC 320 or FINC 360

This advanced course analyzes financial statements such as balance sheets and income statements, develops financial analytical tools such as interest rates, bond yield, and investment risk, and assesses stock valuation and the cost of capital. Through problem sets, lectures, and readings, students will advance their understanding of all critical finance topics. Topics covered will include financial statements, risk, rates of return, and capital markets.
