MRKT 210 - Principles of Marketing 3 Credit Hours
A comprehensive study centered on the functions of marketing design so students will understand how marketing delivers value to the organization by satisfying the needs of their identified target customers. A few of the marketing concepts covered in this course include a study of the marketing mix elements and environmental forces, marketing research, consumer behavior, new product development, entrepreneurship, ethical marketing, retailing, consumer segmentation, services marketing, branding, global marketing, business to business marketing, and promotions utilizing traditional and new media. Other business concepts such as ethics, economics, culture, human resources, technology, and finance are also integrated into this course.
