HRMT 525 - Risk Management in Human Resources

This course is designed to provide students with an in-depth understanding of strategic risk management in the context of human resources. Students will explore the complexities and challenges associated with managing strategic risks in HR and develop the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively assess, mitigate, and manage these risks within an organization. By the end of this course, students will have gained the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively identify, assess, and manage strategic risks in the HR domain.
