NATS 170 - Current Topics in Science 3 Credit Hours
Prerequisites: MATH 101 or MATH 111 or consent of instructor
This is a lecture/discussion/laboratory course intended to provide students with the tools to evaluate the role that science plays in everyday life and the world around us. Students will learn the scientific method and apply that method to investigations of current topics, while exploring the current and potential impacts of technology on society and the planet.
