ORGD 540 - Training and Development

Seminar course addressing how organizations train and develop the potential of individuals with the workplace. The major topics covered include an introduction to learning theory, the assessment of training needs in the workplace, the clarification of T&D, methods of evaluating the effectiveness of T&D programs, and how appropriate T&D programs can increase the productivity of individuals and organizations.
