ORGD 555 - Applications of Research Methodology

An introduction to applied research as it relates to the organizational development professional. Emphasis will be placed on analytical problem-solving tools necessary for the measurement and evaluation of organizational improvement efforts. The course will cover how to use research as a tool for problem solving and organizational intervention. Students are encouraged to use a work-based project concept as the basis for their research skill development in this course. This research proposal is the beginning of the student’s applied project.
