SCHL 675 - School Improvement

This course provides an overview of the relationship between historical and social foundations of education and current educational reform efforts. Students will develop an understanding of the organizational culture of the school; the leadership role in the development of a vision and mission of the school; and in the change process as it relates to instructional improvement, student achievement, and the accreditation process.
