SCHL 680 - The Principalship

This course is a capstone to the course of study. It identifies and examines a core of related skills critical to the role and effectiveness of the building principal. Students will develop understanding of organizational behavior in schools, school constituent relations, the role of the principal as manager and instructional leader, and will develop the human relations skills essential to effective leadership.
