Focuses on the law and the legal environment of business. Legal topics and issues considered include an overview of the foundations of American law, the common law of contracts, the sales article of the Uniform Commercial Code, crimes and torts, property, credit and secured transactions, commercial paper, agency, partnerships, corporations, and the government regulation of business activity.
