A major in Christian Formation and Ministry provides a balanced undergraduate degree in the various disciplines within religious and philosophical studies. The major provides foundational preparation in the areas of Bible, Theology, Church History, Spiritual Formation, and Philosophy. The upper-level courses within the major allow students to interact with faculty and fellow students and, when coupled with the General Education curriculum, prepares them for ministry involvement or further education at the graduate level.
Employment
Christian Formation and Ministry majors can be found in church and other ministry settings, as well as social, recreational or service settings where dealing with people’s physical and spiritual needs are a priority.
