The Global Master of Business Administration, or Global MBA, will develop leaders with a global perspective, cross-cultural business skills, and social responsibility. It is committed to teaching major competencies in leadership, ethics, and complex business skills which are critical for gaining a sustainable competitive advantage in a global business environment. Students in the program will analyze the impact of globalization on domestic businesses and consider successful practices in meeting the challenges of global business leadership and management. The program is designed for business people who are challenged with growing worldwide competition and the necessity to deal effectively with international business issues.
Schedule
Courses are 3 credit hours and are generally offered in eight-week terms one night a week on campus or online.
Admission Requirements
In addition to the requirements stated under the Graduate Admissions Policy, the requirements for admission to GMBA are as follows:
- One letter of recommendation from employer or professional reference.
- Resume
- Completion of international travel acknowledgment form.
- Completion of a 1-2 page paper on why you have selected the specific program and why Friends University. The Business Division will provide written approval of admission after the review of the paper and other admission requirements.
