The Master of Science in Strategic Leadership (MSSL) prepares students for leadership roles in many occupational fields. MSSL graduates will be prepared to be change agents who can create meaningful organizational improvements through effective communication and highly developed emotional intelligence. The purpose of this program is to develop transformative leaders to serve in profit and non-profit organizations.
Courses are 1-3 credit hours and are generally offered in eight-week terms one night a week on campus or online.
In addition to the requirements stated under the Graduate Admissions Policy, the requirements for admission to the Business Graduate Program are as follows:
One letter of recommendation
Completion of a 1-2 page paper on why you have selected the specific program and why Friends University. The Business Division will provide written approval of admission after the review of the paper and other admission requirements.
