Individuals wishing to get a bachelor of science degree in Radiologic Technology have two options.

In the first option, a student can attend Friends University for their first two years to complete their pre-requisite science coursework and general education requirements. After those two years, the student transfers to Hutchinson Community College or any other American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) approved program at a Higher Education Institution. They will complete the clinical coursework (55 – 69 hours) to obtain an associate’s in Radiologic Technology. That coursework is then transferred back to Friends University where the Bachelor of Science is granted.

In the second option, the student completes the requirements for an Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology at an ARRT approved institution (approximately 55-69 hours) and then transfers to Friends to complete the final two years of coursework required for a Bachelor of Science degree.

Note: A minimum of 55 credit hours is required from a 4-year Institution for graduation eligibility. The General Education requirements of Friends University must be met and a total of 124 credit hours are required for graduation
