The Master of Leadership and Management curriculum provides broad based managerial skills with emphasis on leadership in local and international business environments. Students study management and organizational theories, leadership, decision making, project management, corporate social responsibility, and business law. Using case studies, small group interaction, student presentations and research papers, students practice the application of theory to service and manufacturing decision in both profit and non-profit organizations. Learning the business dynamics of cultural issues and obstacles prepares graduates to manage a multi-cultural workforce and lead across international boundaries. Technology integration enhances student efficiency and effectiveness in skill development.
The Master of Leadership and Management program uses the cohort model with small classes which promotes each student’s active engagement in the educational process. The program draws students from diverse backgrounds and professional paths to broaden their academic experience and professional networks.
SCHEDULE
Most courses are offered in eight-week time frames, one night a week. Students earn three hours of credit for each course completed.

In addition to the requirements stated under the Graduate Admissions Policy, the requirements for admission to MLM are as follows:
- Letter of recommendation from employer or professional reference.
- Completion of program interview process and written approval of admission by the program director after review of the admission requirements.
