The educational objective of the Human Resources Management minor are to enable a student to integrate human resource concepts, principles, and practices into organizational situations.

All courses in the minor must be taken in residency at Friends University. Exceptions (in the form of transfer hours) may only be accepted at the discretion of the Program Director.
