    3 credit hours
    In this Capstone Project course, the student is expected to prepare a study proposal that synthesizes and integrates the conceptual and theoretical knowledge acquired in the curriculum based upon the student’s specific concentration.  The project will address a particular topic of interest to the student.  The size of the project will be determined by the planned application and should detail appropriate material to make sure the student understands all factors having an impact on the particular situation.  Emphasis is on the student’s development of written analytical material that is based on its completeness, clarity, and accuracy as well as on the proper use of grammar and correct spelling.   • BSAD 215 - Managing Anger in the Workplace

    First faculty supervised, practical experience in the Business Administration discipline. Curriculum set by agreement between the DBIT and the organization of employment with the final decision residing in the DBIT. A minimum of 40 hours of work during the period of Internship is required for each credit hour. Learning will be evaluated by organization’s supervisor ratings, submitted record of work accomplished, and reflective essays graded by the instructor of record. A maximum of 3 Internship Hours can be applied towards a degree in the DBIT.

    Second and subsequent supervised, practical experience in the Business Administration discipline. A minimum of 40 hours of work during the period of internship is required for each credit hour. Level of responsibility considered to be beyond BSAD 493. Learning will be evaluated by organization’s supervisor ratings, submitted record of work accomplished, and reflective essays graded by the instructor of records. A maximum of 3 Internship Hours can be applied towards a degree in the DBIT. This course can be taken multiple times.
