MATH 120 - College Algebra

3 credit hours
Prerequisites: Math 119 with a grade of C or better or score of 22 or higher on Mathematics Skills Assessment
Covers solutions of equations, inequalities, and systems of equations; functions, including linear, quadratic, polynomial, rational, exponential, and logarithmic; roots of polynomials; and conic sections.

Credit will not be given if a “C” or better has been received in a higher level (numbered) mathematics course.
This course meets the General Education Goal 2: Quantitative Literacy.
