BMGT 405 - US Regulatory and Legal Issues in Health Care

This course explores the complex legal system and emerging issues of health care regulation. Course discussion includes health care regulatory compliance and legal and ethical situations that directly apply to the health care environment. Practical application will include preparation of a Code of Ethics to emphasize the potential for unethical and illegal situations within health care.
