OPMT 555 - Six Sigma Green Belt (with Certification)

This course focuses on the management and improvement of processes across the business or organization. It encompasses the identification and prioritization of strategic business issues and prepares students to charter, launch and manage projects to resolve these business issues and improve business or organizational results. The course provides the student with the principles, methodology, and tools to be successful process improvement practitioners at the Six Sigma Green Belt level. With the completion of this stand-alone class, a Green Belt certification will be achieved. This course will be an elective in the Supply Chain Management concentration.
