This course is based on an understanding of the functional areas of business and applies the tools and analytical techniques of analysis in the development of a business plan in the entrepreneurial process. The business plan should be comprehensive enough to give a potential investor a complete understanding of the venture.
(This course is offered on line and runs concurrently with the four modules that follow it.)
