ORGD 565 - Planned Change in Organizations

Prerequisites: ORGD 532 with an earned grade of C or better
Examines the dynamics of sustainable strategic change. Understanding the environment of change is addressed with the use of Complexity and Chaos theory. Designing interventions and processes for cultural, structural, managerial, technological, and strategic change is covered.
