ORGD 660 - Applied Organization Development Practicum Project

3 credit hours
Prerequisites: ORGD 532, ORGD 610, ORGD 565, ORGD 645 and permission of the program director
Each student will independently design and implement an organization development project in an applied organizational setting. Functioning as either an internal or external OD consultant, students will engage with an organization through all phases of the consulting process (entering, contracting, diagnosing, collecting and analyzing data, intervention design and implementation, and feedback).
