ORGD 546 - Action Research and Human Centered Design 3 credit hours An introduction to action research as it relates to the organization development practitioner. Emphasis will be placed on diagnosing organizations, data collection, analysis, and feedback. Design thinking and Human Centered Design is central to this process, transforming data into actionable ideas. The concepts of desireability, feasibility, and viability are integrated into the action research process.
