HLCL 605 - Contemporary Issues in Aging Services

Prerequisites: HLCL 513
This course is a review of the full continuum of care for seniors. An overview of long term care, assisted living, Alzheimer’s care, Program for All-Inclusive Care of the Elderly (PACE), in-home technology, and housing for seniors will be covered. Special focus will be given to the emerging needs of the baby-boomers.
