HRMT 360 - Employee Performance, Training and Development

Prerequisites: Junior standing or consent of instructor
The course will provide a comprehensive analysis of how human resource management facilitates the process of evaluating employees within an organization through the development of appraisal systems, measurement tools, and the roles of training and development.
