COMM 316 - Communication Law 3 credit hours Prerequisites: Sophomore Standing Students will study the laws that govern print and broadcast journalists, advertisers, creative writers and other communications professionals. This will include First Amendment laws that apply to free speech, open records and meeting laws, libel, privacy, copyright and related issues.
