Ballet B.A.

The ballet program addresses dance first and foremost as a performing art.  With the Bachelor of Arts three concentrations of Sacred Dance, Studio Operations and Music & Theatre opportunities are expanded in interdisciplinary studies to meet the needs of dancers for today’s careers. This degree also offers more flexibility to double major or minor in health sciences, business and Christian Spiritual Formations.

Employment

Church Dance Ministry, Ballet/Dance Teaching, Administrating a ballet/dance company and/or studio, Musical theatre, Choreography, Dance photographer or videographer, Preparation for graduate studies in Costume designer, Dance Medicine Specialists, Dance History, Dance Notation.

General Education Requirements


Eight credit hours in a single foreign language is required for the Bachelor of Arts degree.
