MBA 4+1 (CBASE)

The 4+1 program enables students pursuing majors in Human Services-Psychology, Human Services-Sociology and/or Criminal Justice to complete graduate-level courses during their senior year that are included in the Bachelor’s Degree and count toward an MBA. The final MBA courses are completed in one additional year.

Industrial Psychology Concentration

[Some psychology majors may also be completing the industrial psychology concentration.  That concentration requires the following two courses (in addition to BSAD 330)].

     BSAD 332 Organizational Behavior & Theory

     BSAD 333 Human Resource Management

By following the 4+1 plan, students complete one core MBA course and one concentration course each semester in year four, earning 12 credit hours toward the Bachelor’s Degree elective requirements and the MBA. Students then complete the remaining 18 MBA credit hours in year five (four core MBA and two concentration courses) to complete the MBA.
