This degree is designed by art educators to fully instruct students in the latest and best techniques of teaching art. All students applying for an art education degree must choose a media of preference and focus on that media for their senior exhibition. All students applying for graduation must participate in the senior exhibit (projectgroup project…brochure, publication, book, etc.).

- EDUC 225 Communication Skills for Teachers 2 hours
Art Teaching Field Requirements: 39 hours
In addition to the professional education requirements, the following are required: Total Art Education Requirements: 78 hours
