Health Care Leadership M.H.C.L.

The Master of Health Care Leadership is designed to prepare students for responsible positions of professional leadership in the health care environment. The purpose of the program is to develop students’ knowledge base of the current health care environment as well as their decision-making skills within the functional areas of health care organizations.

SCHEDULE

The MHCL program consist of four consecutive 9-credit hour enrollment terms. Each of these 12, three credit-hour courses is offered in a lockstep format.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

In addition to the requirements stated under the Graduate Admissions Policy, the requirements for admission to MHCL are as follows:

  1. Baccalaureate degree with a grade point average of 2.75 or higher from an accredited institution.
  2. Letter of recommendation from employer or professional reference.
