Organizational Management and Leadership Minor

The purpose of the Organizational Management and Leadership minor is to offer students an opportunity to gain knowledge in the areas of leadership and organizational theory in addition to their major concentration.

All courses are to be taken in residency at Friends University. All courses must be passed with a final grade of ‘C’ or better.
