BIOL 102 - Biological Diversity and Design 4 credit hours Prerequisites: BIOL 101 with grade of ‘C’ or better. Survey of living organisms, including bacteria, archaea, protists, fungi, plants and animals, emphasizing their ecological niches and the design of the physiological systems. Biodiversity is explored by comparing phyla in similar habitats adapted to external physiological stresses.
