Chemistry is the study of the structure, composition, and properties of matter. It includes the changes that matter undergoes, the rate of change, and the energy involved in those changes. Chemistry has a direct bearing on every aspect of our modern society. The chemistry minor is not available to students majoring in Biochemistry.
