The Master of Business Administration in Accouting program is a professional degree designed to prepare students for leadership positions in business. The purpose of this program is to develop students’ skills in the functional areas of profit and non-profit organizations.
SCHEDULE
Most courses are offered in eight-week time frames, one night a week.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
In addition to the requirements stated under the Graduate Admissions Policy, the requirements for admission to the MBA in Accounting are as follows:
- Baccalaureate or graduate degree in Accounting from a regionally accredited institution.
- Two letters of recommendation: one employer, one personal.
- Completion of the program interview process and written approval of admission by the Program Director after review of the admissions requirements.

Total Degree Requirements: 36 credit hours
Graduate Certificate in Accounting
Students interested in earning a Graduate Certificate in Accounting must meet current admissions requirements for the MBA in Accounting program. Students not currently in graduate programs at Friends University will apply as non-degree seeking graduate students and must have an earned bachelor’s degree. Certificates must be completed within 5 years of start date of certificate coursework and are subject to any/all other Graduate School academic policy requirements in effect at time of student enrollment.
