OPMT 560 - Project Management

Provides an overview of the basic topics and tools of project management such as work breakdown structures, precedence network diagrams and the critical path method. In addition to the basics, the failure of many projects is explored and the latest tools and techniques for countering these failures are presented. Class exercises will reinforce and provide a practical understanding of project management.
