OPMT 630 - Organizational Theory and Behavior

Presents key themes/concepts such as managerial assumptions about human nature, the psychological contract, and the organization as a dynamic, open, coping, developing system. The thrust of the course is to develop a more diagnostic point of view toward organizational phenomenon from the vantage point of understanding human behavior.
