ENGL 235 - History of Horror

3 credit hours
An historical and critical examination of the horror genre from the classics to contemporary. Reading and analysis of Frankenstein, Dracula, The Exocist and other literary works will trace the development of the genre through modern times, as well as their effects on contemporary society.
